Chocolate Almond Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 Serving Tera's Protein Powder (Bourbon Vanilla)
2 TB raw almonds
1 cup Vanilla Almond milk
2 TB Raw Cacao Nibs
1 Banana
Ice

Raw Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup raw walnuts
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup figs (or dried cranberries)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ cup raw almond butter
cacao powder or shredded coconut
Directions:
* In a food processor grind the walnuts, dates, figs and spices until finely ground.
* Add the almond butter & process until thoroughly mixed.
* Form into balls and roll in cacao powder (or shredded coconut)
* Store in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to a week.
